Absolutely, at Anjuum, we only use high-quality, eco-friendly materials sourced from trusted suppliers in Italy and the United States. Our fabric choices include ECONYL®, Carvico®, and REPREVE®. These sustainable fabrics are made from recycled materials such as fishing nets, industrial plastic, and post-consumer plastic bottles. By using these fabrics, we reduce our carbon footprint and minimize waste that ends up in landfills and oceans.
All Anjuum items are packed recyclable and reusable bags. Our mailer boxes are also made from recyclable materials, ensuring that our packaging is as eco-friendly as the products inside.

Anjuum items are designed in Australia by Marcela Simões (Brazilian swimwear designer) and her team, renowned for their expertise in swimwear design.Our items are manufactured in Bali, Indonesia, by some of the world's top swimwear manufacturers. We exclusively partner with ethical, sustainable, and reputable companies to ensure the highest quality and integrity in our production process. We only use sustainable and high-quality raw materials sourced from Italy and the United States to ensure premium craftsmanship.
Orders & Shipping
Absolutely, it is entirely safe. Anjuum utilizes GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology ensuring secure Internet transmission of personal data. No credit card information is stored or shared with third parties.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been redirected there.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse.
If your tracking number indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within 14 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. Please note that delivery time frames may be extended due to delays caused during international customs processing.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping to. These charges may be required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Anjuum will not be held accountable for any fees or taxes incurred, nor for any product seized by customs.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the import duty, customs, and local sales tax regulations of your destination country before placing an order for our swimwear. If a delivery attempt is made and the item is not collected, resulting in its return to us, you will be responsible for both the re-delivery fee and any duty taxes incurred for re-importation of the swimwear. If the duty tax exceeds the value of the swimwear, we may opt to abandon the package.
Once an order has been confirmed through our system and payment has been received, we are unable to cancel it. By completing your purchase, you agree to proceed with your order. We process orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery.
Generally, we are unable to make manual changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, there may be a possibility to make changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately at contact@anjuum.com with details of your change request. Kindly note that our customer care team operates in a different time zone from some of our online store locations.
Returns & Refunds

At Anjuum, we want you to love your swimwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility Criteria
- We accept returns of bikinis purchased from Anjuum in new condition, with tags and liners intact, for store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes items purchased with a discount.
Requirements for Returns
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear to ensure proper fit and hygiene. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must have the hygiene sticker intact and all swing tags attached.
- Items must be in perfect condition and returned in the original Anjuum bag.

Anjuum does not offer refunds unless goods are received in a faulty condition and we cannot rectify it. At Anjuum, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. While we typically do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, if you find that a full-priced item from our store isn't fitting quite right, we're happy to facilitate an exchange. We will issue you a store credit via email for the value of your swimwear (excluding original shipping charges).
Please note that this policy applies to full-priced items only. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
