Anjuum swimwear is designed in Australia by Marcela Simões, a Brazilian swimwear designer, and her team.

Our pieces are manufactured in Bali, Indonesia, by experienced swimwear specialists. We partner only with ethical and reputable manufacturers to ensure high standards of craftsmanship and responsible production.

We also source premium materials from leading suppliers in Italy and the United States to create swimwear that combines distinctive design with exceptional quality.

Anjuum swimwear is designed to offer a flattering and comfortable fit while gently shaping the body. Our premium fabrics are naturally stretchy, allowing the pieces to adapt to different body types.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse.

Sometimes deliveries may take a little longer due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

If your tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

Orders shipped to the United States and Australia do not incur additional duties or taxes at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

For orders shipped to the United States, Anjuum covers all import duties, taxes, and fees — meaning no extra costs at shipping or delivery.

For orders shipped to other countries, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping or related fees may be deducted from the refund.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is processed quickly and we are generally unable to cancel or modify it.

We accept returns of unworn swimwear within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for return, items must be in new condition with the hygiene sticker intact, tags attached, and no signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are only issued if an item is received faulty or damaged and we are unable to resolve the issue with a replacement.

For standard returns, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

If store credit has been issued for your return, you will receive an email with the details. The credit is linked to the same email address used for your original purchase.

When placing a new order using that email address, your store credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout.
