Our Commitment
At Anjuum, we want you to love your swimwear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges: Eligibility Criteria
- We accept returns of bikinis purchased from Anjuum in new condition, with tags and liners intact, for exchanges or store credit*.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders placed with promotional codes (such as $15 AUD off welcome code or VIP offers) remain eligible for returns.
* Please note, If your order qualified for free shipping, the store credit amount will be your purchase total minus the original shipping costs.
Requirements for Returns
For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear to ensure proper fit and hygiene. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Unworn items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must have the hygiene sticker intact and all swing tags attached.
- Items must be in perfect condition and returned in the original Anjuum bag.
Refunds
Anjuum does not offer refunds unless goods are received in a faulty condition and we cannot rectify it.
At Anjuum, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we generally do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide alternatives if a full-priced item doesn’t work out as expected. We can facilitate an exchange or, alternatively, issue you a store credit for the value of your swimwear (excluding original shipping charges and payment processing fees). This credit can be used for a future purchase.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, Anjuum reserves the right to deduct non-recoverable costs associated with the order. These may include customs duties and taxes paid by Anjuum, fulfillment and handling costs, payment processing fees, and original shipping charges, including orders fulfilled under free shipping promotions.
Third-Party Shipping & Responsibility
We use Australia Post and offer both Express and Standard shipping options. All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Once an order has been shipped, Anjuum is no longer responsible for delivery. From dispatch onward, Australia Post assumes responsibility for handling and delivering your parcel.
If an order is returned to Anjuum due to reasons including (but not limited to) incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, refused delivery, or delivery failure, re-delivery fees will apply.
Customers may choose from the following options:
• Re-shipment of the same item to a preferred address — re-delivery cost is the customer’s responsibility
• Store credit — issued for the product value and valid for 3 years
