We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging, and sometimes you don't know what suits your body until you've tried it on.

To be eligible for a return for store credit*, items must be unworn, unwashed, with the hygiene sticker and tags still attached. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a store credit that you can use to choose your new favourite pieces.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Orders placed with promotional codes (such as our $15 AUD Welcome Code or VIP offers) remain eligible for returns.

Special Attention for Metal Accents

Our signature old gold hardware features a decorative finish that may be affected by sea salt. As salt concentrations vary around the world, exposure to ocean water may alter its appearance. To help preserve the original finish, we recommend avoiding ocean water where possible or rinsing thoroughly with fresh water immediately after every swim.

• Rinse after Wearing: rinse with fresh cold water to remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen, especially around metal accents.
• Prevent Stains: Proper washing prevents stains and discoloration of metal details.
• Restore Shine: Gently clean metal accents with a sponge and mild detergent if stains occur.

General Swimwear Care

• Rinse After Use: Remove salt, chlorine, and sunscreen with fresh cold water.
• Hand Wash Only: Soak in cold water with mild detergent, gently clean, and rinse thoroughly.
• Dry Flat in Shade: Lay flat on a towel to dry; avoid wringing or hanging to maintain elasticity.
• Avoid Machines: Machine washing or drying can damage fabrics and accents.
• Store Properly: Keep swimwear in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
